OPTICAL CHARACTER RECOGNITION

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is the process of converting printed documents to text.

With an OCR program, the software analyses an image and converts the pictures of the characters to editable text based on the patterns of the pixels in the image.

After OCR, you can export the converted text and use it with a variety of word processing, page layout, and spreadsheet applications such as Word, Excel or CSV, and the files can be edited as if typed in from new.

CQA will capture, interpret, verify and transfer information, from any source formats, including text, tick boxes, data, questionnaires and barcodes.
