Data Capture automatically identifies forms and performs highly accurate recognition of handwriting (ICR), machine print (OCR), check marks (OMR) and bar codes to extract even the toughest data from scanned images without missing a beat.

• Documents are prepared for scanning.
• Paperclips and staples removed.
• Torn paper is taped, and if not usable, copied and then scanned.
• The images are processed and indexed according to client specifications.
